I’m Raena, and +NINE ONE is a reflection of my lifelong obsession with art, design, and the quiet beauty of objects. I was born and brought up in Mumbai, immersed in the heritage of India. Raised in a family of jewellers, I was always surrounded by craftsmanship and detail. My time at Parsons School of Design in New York further expanded my creative vision. Together, these experiences continue to define how I see and create.

+NINE ONE grew out of a raw love for pieces that are found, remembered, and reimagined - objects that bring depth and character to the spaces they inhabit. My inspiration begins at home, in India; the crafts, materials, and traditions inform all my products. My collection includes vintage pieces with their own stories, along with products rooted in traditions, some of which are my own creations made in collaboration with local artisans.

Through +NINE ONE, I hope to bring this blend between creativity, design and inspiration from India into any space. In its truest sense, my way of always calling home.
