All purchase orders are final. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is successfully processed. This email serves as proof of your order and outlines the details of your purchase.
2. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We aim to get your beautiful new items to you as quickly as possible.
Estimated Delivery Time: Our average delivery time is between 2 to 12 working days. This can vary based on your location and the specific product you have ordered.
Shipping Guidance: Any shipping dates provided are for guidance only. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance or unforeseen circumstances.
Delayed Orders: If you have not received your product within 15 working days from the date of your order confirmation, please contact us at hello@plusnineonehome.com so we can investigate and provide a solution.
3. DAMAGED GOODS
We take great care in packaging our products, but as some items are delicate, damage can sometimes occur during transit.
Reporting Damage: If a product arrives damaged, please send us images of the item and its packaging within 48 hours of delivery.
Resolution: Once we have reviewed the images, we will get back to you with the best possible solution, which may include a replacement or a voucher credit.
4. RETURNS AND REFUNDS (RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL)
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
Right of Withdrawal: As per UK and EU regulations, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery.
Return Process: To initiate a return, you must contact us at hello@plusnineonehome.com within 14 days of receiving your order to register your return request.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item. Items must be returned within 14 days of your delivery date.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a voucher credit for the value of the goods will be issued. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds.
